How do I get my facial analysis?

Open AURER, tap to capture a guided front-facing photo, and follow the prompts. Your report generates automatically.

What’s included in the free version?

The Overview, Dimorphism, and Eyes sections are free. Full feature breakdowns, symmetry, profile analysis, styling guidance, and the glow-up roadmap are part of Aurer+.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

How do I request a refund?

App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email yucheukheijosh@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” and we’ll remove your account and associated data.

Is my photo data private?

Yes. Photos are used only to generate your report and are not used for advertising or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
